Fiona Leung started her career at 12 years old, producing a Frank Sinatra–themed dance for her junior high. She always knew she loved bringing people together, but didn’t realize event planning could actually be a job. So life took her in a different direction first—she studied to become a therapist and then spent a few years as a publicist—before eventually finding her way back to the thing she was meant to do all along.

Over the past 15+ years, Fiona has produced everything from large-scale festivals to intimate VIP experiences. She’s partnered with organizations like the Specialty Food Association, PBS and JetBlue. Her North Star: create events that inspire action, spark connection and tread lightly on the planet.

It’s a dream career—and she’s still pinching herself.
